Lanae Barnes, Broker Associate at Illustrated Properties-The Coastal Group specializes in luxury home and condo sales throughout Palm Beach County. In 1998 Lanae moved to South Florida and in 1999 she began working for national home builder Lennar Homes. Her first year she was the number one sales person out of 25 agents selling 90 homes valued at over $25 million and she became a top sales agent at every community she worked. Lanae credits this success to hard work and always being easily accessible and present for her customers. She has developed many life-long friendships and strives to have happy customers and friends for life.
