Salutations My Potential Clients, My name is Nona Gladys McKinney,

My medical career began in 1990 at St. Anthonys. A Private Home Care Facility caring for Geriatric and Alzheimer’s patients. In 1993, I earned my Certified Nurses Assistant. and Home Health Aide certification from The Nursing Assistance School, located at 5154 Okeechobee Blvd. It’s still there today. From there I went on to increase my skills and medical experience. This led me to a larger facility. Heartland Healthcare, located in Palm Beach Gardens, where I grew my bedside care capabilities while caring for more patients. While working with my supervisor and increasing my skills, a colleague suggested that I should apply at Good Samaritan Hospital. I did and I was hired in 1995, by Mrs. Marlene Denny, Head Charge Nurse of The Orthopedic Department. I had the honor to work alongside a group of elite orthopedic surgeons, nurse's, respiratory therapists, wound care nurses, and nurses assistants. Within my five years working for Tenet Healthcare, I learned that I was a natural entrepreneur. One of the surgeons suggested to me that I should provide private duty care in clients homes. He also advised me to make some professional business cards, listing my skills and services. I followed his wise advice. For 33+ years, I have had the honor to serve clients from all walks of life, and from different parts of the world.

My background is established on relationships and serving the needs of others. I carry this vivacious zeal with me in all that I do and everyone that I serve. I provide a deep sense of integrity, loyalty, and professionalism too every person that I know.. I am a homeless survivor and recent graduate. I am passionate about serving my community as an advocate. I am the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to empower unprivileged youth ages birth to 19. Through financial literacy programs, tutoring, hygiene kits, entrepreneurship training, and Bible study. My vision is to help young people establish sustainable futures grounded in faith, purpose, and legacy. I am featured in the National Campaign Commercial, “When You Graduate, They Graduate,” highlighting my lifelong commitment to education, family, and community. The Campaign has been airing on national and local television channels for three in a half years and counting.
