Real estate has been woven into my life from a young age. Growing up on Long Island, New York, my dad a home builder from the “old school”,  purposely brought me to his job sites.  It was here where he taught me "the ropes" of residential construction and just as important, client satisfaction. How exciting it was to watch houses take shape from the ground up and soon after, witnessing the joy of clients in their newly built home. His dedication to hard work, exceptional service and  transparent integrity were daily lessons and would become the foundations of my 37- year real estate career. 

After graduating from SUNY New York with Economics and Marketing degrees, I ventured to sunny California with the intent of starting my own business there. With my novel idea of using the new medium, "video", to document a client's home and belongings for insurance purposes, I began a successful venture with State Farm. It was here that I learned how to professionally and properly showcase a home with photographs. Shortly thereafter, I started including broadcast quality video also. Although my business was doing very well, the big city lifestyle was becoming tiring, and I missed being involved in real estate. So...

Moving to Laguna Beach in Orange County was amazing and it's where I bought my first home at 30 years old.  With my newly acquired license, Southern Cal quickly became my luxury real estate proving ground, enjoying a hugely successful 10+ year stint, winning many top sales awards and having a league of very happy clients. Some of these clients would remain lifelong customers as I still fly both coasts transacting deals.

Moving to Florida... As many of us find out, our aging parents need watching over so... my parents (from Long Island) and I ( Cal.) relocated to southeast Florida to join my sister and her family. Once settled in, I began investing in Florida rental properties all the while still doing transactions out west. To bridge the temperamental real estate business, my brother and I partnered in the upscale supper club business and did quite well selling it years later at the highest amount paid for a private restaurant in the counties' history.

Renewing my real estate license in 2017, I later joined Illustrated Properties Palm Beaches. With years of experience, I understand housing market intricacies, the importance of insightful, informed decisions and the value of family and community. With successful ventures in real estate, video production, and supper club proprietorship, I bring well-rounded perspectives and unique presentations utilizing stunning visuals. These all enhance proven digital and print marketing strategies. As for my personal time, I live a balanced and rich life. I choose to remain active as an avid walker, tennis player (was on my college team), nature lover, musician and passionate cook. I look forward to tending my garden and most importantly, enjoy spending quality time with my family.
