Jean Sicoli
Realtor Associate
Born in New York City, Jean Sicoli moved to Palm City at just seven years old, before Palm City was even on the map! Her parents chose to move to the Stuart area simply because it was in southeast Florida, close to the beach, and shared her mother’s maiden name-Stewart. Jean attended Palm City Elementary, was part of the first graduating class of Hidden Oaks Middle School, and graduated from Martin County High School, where she later returned to teach English after earning her Bachelors of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2005. After moving to a virtual teaching position in 2018, Jean was named “Teacher of the Year” for Florida Cyber Charter Academy in 2020 and more recently earned her Master’s Degree in Education from Southern New Hampshire University.
The daughter of an entrepreneur, Jean learned from a young age the value of customer service, dedication, and hard work. Watching her father build relationships in the community as the owner of Custom Auto Center for 25 years, it was always her dream to follow in his footsteps as a small business owner. In 2019, dreams became reality as she and her husband launched Sailfish Insurance Group in Palm City. Eager to learn more about the industry, Jean went on to pursue licenses in both Real Estate and Property & Casualty Insurance, giving her in-depth knowledge of both the real estate transaction process and home insurance solutions. Jean’s deep roots in the community provide her with a tremendous amount of local area expertise, which coupled with her teaching background and real estate/insurance knowledge, allows her to educate her clients in every step of the home buying experience.
Jean launched her real estate career at Premier Realty Group in October 2021 and joined The Ngo Group at Illustrated Properties in April 2024. Jean and her family are longtime supporters of many local non-profit organizations and believe in a dedication to service and giving where you live. The Sicoli family proudly supports the MCHS Tiger Regiment, the Treasure Coast Rowing Club, Elev8hope, the B.R.A.I.N. Cancer Foundation of the Treasure Coast, and Operation 300, to name a few, as well as the local Chambers of Commerce.
Jean resides in The Evergreen Club in Palm City with her husband, Peter, their four children, two rescue dogs, and a newly rescued kitten. When she is not shuttling the kids to sports and activities, she enjoys time with family and friends, reading, traveling, dining at local restaurants, and appreciating all that beautiful Martin County has to offer!
