I have been a Realtor for 30 years specializing in golf course country club communities and luxury highrise condominiums in the Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens areas of Palm Beach County Florida.  I have been involved with the listings and sales of hundreds of millions worth of  Residential Real Estate throughout my career.  I am a current member of the National Association of Realtors and the Broward/St. Lucie/Palm Beach Board of Realtors.  Before becoming a full time Realtor I was a Real Estate Appraiser in the Fairfield County area of Connecticut in 1992-1994 having appraised over 750 homes for banks and other lending institutions.  "I had an edge on other Realtors when I first started selling homes because I would bring actual certified appraisals with me to my listing appointments.  It was a phenominal listing tool that no other Realtor could provide and resulted in me selling 30 resale homes in my first year as a Realtor".
