Lay (Wendy) Tay

Lay (Wendy) Tay, brings a unique perspective and background to the real estate experience. She was able to learn about real estate from an early age by observing her father, who built a successful residential and commercial real estate business in Malaysia. She immigrated to the United States from Malaysia in 1991 and raised her family in the Central Ohio area. Over the last two decades, she went through the process of buying and selling a home several times and built five new construction homes. Going through these processes is what eventually inspired her to become a real estate agent. These experiences also allowed her to develop unique insights into the wants and needs of new and existing homeowners. 

Lay became a Licensed Realtor in Ohio in 2018 and was able to build on her past real estate experiences. During this time, Lay also became a Certified Professional Property Home Stager, and this has helped her to provide services that have added value and accelerated the sales of her listings. She also became an experienced Feng Shui Consultant. The principles of Feng Shui focus on bringing good energy, balance, and harmony to ones living environment. These additional unique skills have allowed her to offer an enhanced client experience.

Lay moved to Florida following her son’s graduation from The Ohio State University in 2020. She currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens and enjoys traveling, shopping, working out and watching movies in her free time.  She also enjoys home decorating and interior design. She is fluent in English, Chinese-Mandarin and Cantonese.

Lay has really enjoyed being able to assist buyers in obtaining their dream home. She has also enjoyed being able to provide insights to sellers while also making the process as stress-free as possible. She understands that buying or selling a home can be one of the most important decisions in a person’s life and views her role in this process as a true privilege.
