Lisa Kells

Originally from Long Island, New York, Lisa grew up in Palm Beach County, after her parents migrated to South Florida, where her mother was born and dreamed of returning. The family enjoyed boating, beaching, traveling to the nearby Bahama Islands, and everything South Florida has to offer. A third generation REALTOR®, Lisa received her real estate license while attending college at the University of Florida, graduating with a Marketing degree and a minor in Advertising/Public Relations. Upon graduation, she started her career in retail management, and then transitioned into marketing, working for local advertising and public relations firms, as well as FPL Group and Waste Management’s environmental divisions. After having a daughter, Lisa took a brief break and returned to her career, focusing on the administrative and marketing aspects of real estate with a local broker, as well as a builder/developer, and subsequently served as the contracts manager for The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa in Jupiter. In 2009, Lisa joined Illustrated Properties, first as an Agent Concierge, then as the Director of Marketing, where she assisted agents with their personal branding, advertising, and technology training, while serving as liaison to the company’s luxury affiliates, and overseeing the design staff. She recently joined Illustrated Properties’ Jupiter East office, as the Office Manager and Assistant to the Managing Broker, Mike Ivancevic, where she assists agents with their listings, marketing, and closings. When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys boating, fishing, snorkeling, and spending time with her daughter and their extended family, many of whom are long-time Palm Beach County residents and local REALTORS® and attorneys.
