“Well, to give you an idea of how our family feels about Tracey, our youngest son named his newest, favorite plushy after her. In another situation, Tracey and the contractor that she sent to us proposed that we make an investment in some home upgrades. We were reluctant at first, but decided to take their advice. It not only paid off in terms of a full offer, above market value, but that full offer was also our first offer! So, we saved time and eliminated all the anxieties that come with waiting. Regarding the upgrades, one other huge advantage that Tracey has is her connections to an outstanding group of contractors and inspectors who are themselves talented, dependable and very fair-priced. On the day of our closing, she went WAY above the call of duty. Tracey arrived with a basket of gifts, which included pool floats for the kids (it is our first pool home) and a beautiful personalized painted, wooden welcome sign that she crafted herself! On top of everything, she is clearly a very talented artist! Tracey will forever be considered our families real estate agent, and now a friend.
