Maria Demps is a dedicated and driven business professional who relocated from Miami to the Treasure Coast in 2009 after an 8-year career in Direct Mail Marketing for the Miami Herald. With a strong background in marketing and advertising, Maria has expertise in the ever-changing world of real estate, offering valuable insights and exposure for homeowners wishing to sell their property.
With over 12 years of real estate experience, Maria has received multiple awards in recognition of her high sales volumes. She has continued her education by obtaining several certifications, including New Home Construction Specialist, At Home with Diversity, Buyer and Seller Specialist Certification, and most notably, her Master Sales Society designation—an honor held by only 1% of realtors. Additionally, she recently earned the Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Certification with Guild™ recognition, assuring clients that they are choosing an expert with the training, resources, and proven performance necessary to guide them in achieving their largest investment goals.
In her off time, Maria enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two kids, and two doodles. She is passionate about weight training, traveling, and cooking new recipes.
