For many buyers, the biggest questions are practical: What will the complete monthly housing payment be? Which community fits everyday life? What homes are realistically available within the budget? How can they avoid making an expensive mistake?My role is to provide clear, accurate information that helps buyers answer those questions before making one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

My real estate education started early. My father was a builder, and as a young man, I went with him to job sites where I watched carpenters, plumbers, electricians, roofers, and other tradespeople build homes from the ground up.

Just as important was watching how my father treated the people who trusted him to build their homes correctly. He worked hard and understood that he was not simply constructing a house. He was creating the place where someone’s everyday life, future plans, and memories would unfold.

The excitement and pride his clients expressed when those homes were completed stayed with me.

That early education became the foundation for a broader real estate background spanning 37 years through owning homes, investing, advising, and representing clients. Within that experience are 10 cumulative years as a licensed Realtor® representing clients in Florida and California.

Having lived in Southeast Florida for 32 years and in northern Palm Beach County since 2008, I know Jupiter, Abacoa, and Palm Beach Gardens firsthand — the roads, shopping, restaurants, parks, everyday conveniences, and the practical differences among the communities.

Each area offers a different combination of cost, commute, convenience, walkability, amenities, and everyday atmosphere. I help buyers understand those differences so they can first determine which communities fit their budget and daily life, and then focus on the homes that realistically make sense within them.
