Tyler Flannery is a third-generation real estate professional with Illustrated Properties and a graduate of Florida State University, where he earned his degree in Finance. Raised in Martin County, Tyler grew up in Rocky Point, Downtown Stuart, and North River Shores, giving him a lifelong connection to the communities he now serves.

Real estate has always been part of his life. His grandfather introduced the business to his father, and Tyler grew up watching firsthand what it takes to guide clients through one of their most important decisions. That foundation, combined with his financial background, allows him to bring both market insight and analytical perspective to every transaction.
