
GENERAL
MANAGER
Responsible for handling all agent and real estate sales matters such as
contract disputes, customer problems, escrow disputes, and any other matter
resulting from a real estate transaction with Illustrated Properties. Aids and
helps resolve problems with our associates who are having problems with any
part of a real estate transaction. Works on Errors and Omissions problems and
any other disputes with local attorneys and conducts mediation hearings.
Handles new licensees with Illustrated Properties Realty (Referral Company.)
Sets up corporate sales meetings and coordinates training for new and existing

OPERATIONS
Responsible for all office operations, secretaries/administrators/assistants,
equipment for all locations, office relations, and is the Christie’s Great
Estates liaison. Responsible for the opening of all new offices. Accountable
for corporate health insurance, company liability insurance, equipment leases,
postage leases & permits. In charge of Jonathan’s Landing Realty advertising,
meetings, scheduling, etc. Coordinates Top Producer luncheons & special

HUMAN RESOURCES
Administers all personnel employment and procedures, including the enforcement
of the Employee Policy Manual and the requirements of Senior Management.
Interviews, screens and hires all company personnel. Responsible for all
corporate and branch office administration and personnel and making sure that

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Responsible for all computer and networking related infrastructure as well as

A Home Service Consultant assists agents, buyers and sellers by giving them
a choice in the selection of care– fully screened professional contractors
with a proven track record for being dependable and competitively priced. Only
licensed and insured contractors who are highly reputable in their community

MARKETING
The Marketing Department is responsible for overseeing that every agent has
the most effective marketing tools available today. In addition, Marketing
also has responsibility for creating and maintaining the corporate image and
branding. This includes, but is not limited to, the placement & design
of all corporate and agent television, radio, billboard, magazine, letterhead,
business cards, brochures and other print media ads. The Marketing Dept. also
monitors compliance of the Marketing Guidelines. Marketing is responsible for
answering inquiries and troubleshooting problems in reference to any and all
Marketing aspects pertaining to our agents, affiliates, vendors and

RELOCATION
Receives and assigns referrals from our “Leading Real Estate Companies of the World” network members, Christies, and
other sources and assigns these Buyer and Selling referrals to company agents.
We use our network of brokers across the country to place our agents’ outbound
referrals (Buyers and Sellers). The department also works with relocation companies
and corporations to assist with the relocation of

REO
Markets properties that have become bank-owned after the foreclosure process
has been completed. This includes the drive-by BPO (Broker’s Price Opinion),
maintaining the property by starting utilities and services, and overseeing

ACCOUNTING
Handles all financial transactions related to the company. Responsible for all
agent billing. Posts accounts payable and receivable. Responsible for all
Sales and Rental escrow accounts; tracking and disbursing. Plans, organizes
and controls financial activities to maximize profitability for the company.
ADMINISTRATORS
Responsible for assisting each agent with general office duties by creating a
harmonious working atmosphere with the listing, pending and closing of client
files in the branch offices. Responsible for the smooth operation in handling

LICENSING
Responsible for agent recruiting, including the identification, processing
and orientation of all new agents into the company. Handles transfers of agents
between offices. Conducts Fast Track orientations and assists agents in
developing a business plan. Oversees the Mentor Program and assists agents
in career development. Responsible for developing & teaching the Nuts & Bolts

Develops relationships with builders and developers as a “broker for hire” and
provides on-site sales and marketing expertise on a commission basis. Provides
