Bud Adams
CEO

F. F. "Bud" Adams, a South Florida native, has been a pioneer in Florida real estate since the 1950's. Mr. Adams was the original Broker for Lost Tree Village, a golfing community situated between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal. Over the years he built multiple commercial projects in Palm Beach County, as well as dozens of custom homes. Mr. Adams opened Illustrated Properties in 1975, and it quickly became the recognized leader in luxury real estate. As the county grew so did Illustrated Properties. Today, thanks to Bud's vision, Illustrated Properties caters to all segments of the market and has enjoyed the #1 market share for Northern Palm Beach County for nearly 20 years.
Chappy Adams
President

Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Chappy graduated from the Benjamin School. He then went on to Boston College, graduating in 1987 after spending his junior year at Lund University in Sweden. Chappy joined Illustrated Properties in 1987 as a commercial leasing agent, then moved into residential sales. During his 7 years as a residential sales person he was a consistent multi-million dollar producer, selling in excess of $5 million the last three years in sales. Chappy then began to transition into a management position, eventually becoming president of the company in 1995. Today, together with his father, Chappy oversees Illustrated Properties' 18 offices and 500 agents, as well as the company's Mortgage, Title and Insurance Divisions. Chappy earned the CRB designation and represents the company at the bi-annual meeting of the Trendsetters, an elite group of industry-leading real estate companies from across the country.
Virginia Spencer
General Manager

Virginia has been the General Manager of Illustrated Properties since 1998. In this capacity she oversees the activities of over 500 agents and 18 offices. She manages real estate sales and handles Escrow Disputes, Errors & Omissions issues, ethics and arbitration for the agents. Virginia also handles the licensing of the new offices, board of Realtors applications, and occupational licenses for the company. She organized a commercial division in 2006 and oversees their monthly meetings. In 2005, she helped to organize a group of agents to start Illustrated Properties Charities.
Cheryl Linck
Vice-President of Business Development, Corporate Counsel

Cheryl is a licensed attorney, real estate broker, and real estate instructor. She has over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry with several major companies, and has been with Illustrated Properties since 2001. As Vice-President of Business Development, Cheryl is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing new programs, assisting agents with business strategies, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, negotiating proposals for joint ventures, and overseeing the Marketing Department. Cheryl is also responsible for the Distressed Properties Sales Division, which encompasses the Company's sale of foreclosed and short sale properties. As Corporate Counsel, Cheryl is responsible for risk analysis and management, assisting managers/administrators with legal and management issues, training agents and employees to reduce risk, reviewing corporate legal documents as needed, and representing the company in all legal matters.
Diane Edgley
Director of Agent Recruitment, Corporate Trainer

Diane started her real estate career in 1998 and joined the management team of Illustrated Properties in 2001. As the Corporate Recruiter, Diane is responsible for reaching out to all the agents in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties and educating them about Illustrated Properties. She is the first to meet and greet incoming agents and helps to make their transition a smooth one. Since 2002, Diane has also been training newly licensed agents on the fundamentals of beginning their real estate careers. The Success Series New Agent Training Program has proven to be very successful, with many of the company's top producers completing this course.
Amanda Fell
Operations Manager, Director of Home Services

Amanda has been with Illustrated Properties since 2005 and has been the Operations Manager of the company for the past three years. Her job duties include overseeing all office operations, equipment for all locations, and office relations. She is also responsible for the opening of all new offices, company liability insurance, equipment leases, and permitting. Amanda also coordinates the special events held by the company throughout the year, and oversees the Home Services program. She has been in the Real Estate business for the past 10 years and has been a licensed real estate agent for the past 7 years.
Lisa Kells
Marketing Director, Agent Concierge Coordinator

Lisa joined Illustrated Properties to help initiate the Agent Concierge Program, giving agents the opportunity to utilize an assistant on an as-needed basis. She has since also taken on the role of Marketing Director, assisting agents on a day-to-day basis with their marketing needs. Lisa has been in the real estate and development industries in various capacities for the last 12 years, working with several local developers and real estate brokerage offices. Her marketing and advertising experience was gained working for local advertising agencies and serving in a marketing capacity for FPL Group.
Marilyn Rabbitt
Director of Relocation

Marilyn oversees the activities of Illustrated Properties' Relocation Department, which works with various brokers and broker networks throughout the country to refer buyers and sellers to a qualified real estate agent when they are relocating to a new city or state. Marilyn is responsible for processing referrals that come in from the company website, the "Leading Real Estate Companies of the World" network, Christie's Great Estates, and other sources and assigning these buyer and seller referrals to company agents. She uses the company's network of brokers across the country to place outbound referrals. Marilyn also works with relocation companies and corporations to assist with the relocation of employees.
Cheryll Rossi
Director of Rentals and Property Management

Cheryll has been a licensed real estate professional since 1988 and has been actively involved in Rentals and Property Management from the beginning of her career. She joined Illustrated Properties in 2009 to develop and implement a Rental Division for the company. The department has grown quickly and currently oversees annual and seasonal rentals, managed and unmanaged, including daily property management. Cheryll supervises the activities of the department and facilitates listing agreements and lease contracts in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties.
Maria Fresneda
Corporate Administrator

Maria has served as the Administrator for Illustrated Properties' Corporate office since 1998, providing support to over 150 Realtors in her office. She is also the supervisor and trainer for all company administrators. Some of her responsibilities include traveling to all offices to ensure that office operations are running smoothly and that all offices are up-to-date on the latest company tools and programs.
Barb Cohen
Director of Distressed Property Sales

Barb has been a licensed Realtor with Illustrated Properties for several years, specializing in short sale and foreclosure properties. In 2009 she became the head of the Distressed Property Sales division, which provides sales, marketing, property management and preservation services to quickly and efficiently sell properties that are in foreclosure. She works closely with lenders, markets properties that have become bank-owned after the foreclosure process, and coordinates with a team of specially trained Illustrated Properties agents to conduct drive-by Broker's Price Opinions and offer property maintenance services.
Cathy Weiss
Controller

After serving as Assistant Controller for 16 years for a family owned and operated Cleveland-based builder, Cathy relocated to Wellington in 2001. She then held the position of Controller for Ecclestone Signature Homes for 5 years, until the company was forced to downsize during the housing slump in 2006. Cathy currently holds the position of Controller for Illustrated Properties, handling all its financial data, cash flow management and human resources duties. Cathy manages the accounting staff and oversees the daily accounting for Illustrated Properties and 10 of its affiliate companies.
Dennis Giannetti
Chief Learning Officer

Dennis has been a Performance Consultant since 1995 with diversified experiences that include training and consultation with several major companies across the United States. In 2007 he joined Illustrated Properties to offer individual and group coaching services to the company's agents. He is a dynamic speaker and creator of The Wealthy Agent program, which he has introduced to many Illustrated Properties agents with great success. Dennis has helped many agents to increase not only their productivity, but also the balance in their lives.
