F. F. "Bud" Adams, Founder and CEO - A South Florida native, Bud Adams has been a pioneer in Florida real estate since the 1950's. Mr. Adams was the original Broker for Lost Tree Village, an exclusive country club community situated between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal in North Palm Beach. Over the years he built multiple commercial projects in Palm Beach County, as well as dozens of custom homes. Mr. Adams founded Illustrated Properties in 1975 and it quickly became the recognized leader in luxury real estate marketing. As the county grew so did Illustrated Properties. Today, thanks to his vision, Illustrated Properties caters to all segments of the market and has enjoyed the #1 market share in many of the markets the company services for over 30 years.
Chappy Adams
President
Chappy Adams, President - Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Chappy graduated from the Benjamin School then Boston College in 1987 after spending his junior year at Lund University in Sweden. Chappy joined Illustrated Properties in 1987 as a commercial leasing agent, and then moved into residential sales. During his 7 years as a residential sales person he was a consistent multi-million dollar producer, selling in excess of $5 million the last three years in sales. Chappy transitioned into a management position, eventually becoming president of the company in 1995. Today, together with his father, Bud Adams, Chappy oversees Illustrated Properties' 20 offices and 550 agents, as well as the company's Mortgage, Title and Insurance affiliates. Chappy earned the CRB designation and represents the company at the bi-annual meeting of the Trendsetters, an elite group of industry-leading real estate companies from across the country.
Virginia Spencer
General Manager
Virginia Spencer, General Manager - Virginia has been General Manager of Illustrated Properties since 1998. In this capacity she oversees the activities of all of the company%u2019s agents and offices. She manages real estate transactions and handles escrow disputes, Errors & Omissions claims, ethics and arbitration for the agents and is the liaison with community organizations . Virginia also handles the licensing of the new offices, Board of Realtors applications, and occupational licenses for the company. She organized a commercial division in 2006 and oversees their monthly meetings. In 2005, she helped to organize a group of agents to start Illustrated Properties Charities and was instrumental in forming the Community Partnerships Program.
Cheryl Linck
Vice-President of Business Development, Corporate Counsel
Cheryl Reynolds Linck, Vice-President and Corporate Counsel - Cheryl is a licensed attorney, real estate broker, real estate instructor and is a Certified Supreme Court Civil Mediator. She has over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry with several major companies, and has been with Illustrated Properties since 2001. Cheryl is responsible for implementing new programs, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and overseeing several divisions including Marketing, Recruiting, Distressed Property Sales and Rentals and Property Management. As Corporate Counsel, Cheryl is responsible for risk analysis, assisting staff with legal and management issues, training agents to reduce risk, reviewing corporate legal documents, and representing the company in all legal matters.
Amanda Fell
Operations Manager, Director of Home Services
Amanda has been with Illustrated Properties since 2005 and is the Operations Manager of the company and executive assistant to the president and CEO. Her job duties include overseeing all office operations, equipment for all locations, and office relations. She is also responsible for the opening of all new offices, company liability insurance, equipment leases, and permitting. Amanda also coordinates the special events held by the company throughout the year, and oversees the Home Services program. She has been in the real estate business since 1998 and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005.
Lisa Kells
Director of Marketing
Lisa Kells, Marketing Director - Lisa assists agents on a day-to-day basis with their marketing needs, including the marketing of listings and branding of agents. She is responsible for all corporate advertising and marketing ventures and trains new agents. Lisa has been in the real estate and development industries in various capacities for almost two decades, working with several local developers and real estate brokerage firms. Her marketing and advertising expertise was gained working for advertising agencies and serving in a marketing capacity for the FPL Group.
Marilyn Rabbitt
Director of Relocation
Marilyn Rabbitt, Director of Relocation - Marilyn oversees the activities of Illustrated Properties' Relocation Department, which works with various brokers and broker networks throughout the country to refer buyers and sellers to a qualified real estate agent when they are relocating to a new city or state. Marilyn is responsible for processing referrals that come in from the company website, the "Leading Real Estate Companies of the World" network, Christie's International, and other sources and assigning these buyer and seller referrals to company agents. She uses the company's network of brokers across the country to place outbound referrals. Marilyn also works with relocation companies and corporations to assist with the relocation of employees.
Maria Fresneda
Corporate Administrator
Maria has served as the Administrator for Illustrated Properties' Corporate office since 1998, providing support to over 150 Realtors in her office. She is also the supervisor and trainer for all company administrators. Some of her responsibilities include traveling to all offices to ensure that office operations are running smoothly and that all offices are up-to-date on the latest company tools and programs.
Barb Cohen
Director of Distressed Property Sales
Barb Cohen, Director of Distressed Property Sales - Barb has been licensed with Illustrated Properties for many years, specializing in short sale and foreclosure properties. In 2009 she became Director of the Distressed Property Sales division, which provides sales, marketing, property management and preservation services to quickly and efficiently sell properties that are in foreclosure. She works closely with lenders, markets properties that have become bank-owned after the foreclosure process, and coordinates with a team of specially trained Illustrated Properties agents to conduct drive-by Broker's Price Opinions and perform asset preservation activities. Recently, Barbara became Acting Director of Illustrated Properties Rentals and Property Management and oversees the rental and management of properties for investors and landlords who want professional management of their properties.
Cathy Weiss
Controller
After serving as Assistant Controller for 16 years for a family owned and operated Cleveland-based builder, Cathy relocated to Wellington in 2001. She then held the position of Controller for Ecclestone Signature Homes for 5 years, until the company was forced to downsize during the housing slump in 2006. Cathy currently holds the position of Controller for Illustrated Properties, handling all its financial data, cash flow management and human resources duties. Cathy manages the accounting staff and oversees the daily accounting for Illustrated Properties and 10 of its affiliate companies.
Dennis Giannetti
Chief Learning Officer
Dennis J. Giannetti, Regional Vice-President - Licensed in real estate since 1988 (Massachusetts) and in Florida since 1994, Dennis has had the opportunity to experience the real estate industry from several perspectives as a manager with several large national companies. A prolific trainer and motivational speaker, Dennis oversees the Mentor Program, the Coaching Program and is the author of many training programs that assist agents in being successful. Dennis received his Bachelor's Degree from Florida Atlantic University and Master of Science Degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Tom Day
Director of Business Development
Tom Day, Director of Business Development %u2013 Tom joined Illustrated Properties a decade ago and was initially responsible for managing the company%u2019s joint venture with Wells Fargo Mortgage. He has extensive expertise in the real estate industry and now oversees the recruiting and retention efforts for the south offices of the company as part of a team effort with Bill Hall. Tom also is the liaison between the company and its mortgage, title and insurance affiliates and is responsible for identifying business opportunities through the affiliates and other avenues.
William Hall
Corporated Director
William M. Hall, Corporate Director - Bill came to Illustrated Properties from a national real estate firm where he was Director of Commercial Sales and sold in excess of two billion dollars of real estate. Bill is responsible for a team involved with recruiting new and experienced agents to the company and scouting brokerage acquisition and merger opportunities. He also is a director of the New Homes and Communities Division.
