āDave Thompson of Stone Thompson Luxury Group real estate was very helpful to me when I wanted to buy a condo. He had already successfully sold my condo a year earlier (then I rented for 1 year). At the open house, Dave pointed out some things that might need attention and I told Dave that I definitely wanted that condo and I didn't want to lose to another buyer since it was beautifully furnished and in a desirable location. So he went to work and presented my bid to seller quickly; counteroffer was quickly made; I accepted and it was a done deal in 3 or 4 days. Then his team was very helpful to me with all the paperwork necessary for the closing. Dave even got me a credit from seller for one defect. Closing was scheduled before my (then) current rental came due, so that was good too. All nicely done and now I am happily ensconced in my new condo. ā
